Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team environment.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a related program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist management with resolutions.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
