Stanton Optical in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and support our clinical-to-retail workflow. You will welcome patients, conduct pre-test procedures, assist in selecting eyewear, and ensure accurate orders and timely delivery while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the retail and clinical services teams, requires strong communication, a high school diploma or certification, and a passion for helping customers

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of outstanding customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and document patient history; perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in the store.
• Assist in lab tasks: assemble lenses, edge stock, ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or order issues in the lab.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
