Stanton Optical in Longview, TX, is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide outstanding customer service and facilitate a smooth flow between clinical services and retail teams. You will engage with patients, explain available services, and help drive sales in a friendly, professional manner.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, pre-tests, and timely delivery of eyewear, while upholding brand standards and a compassionate customer-first approach. This is a full-time position in-store.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, and perform basic pre-tests and vision checks.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure timely status updates on orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping in-store and in-lab areas.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Notify management of equipment issues, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance with service promises.
