Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking energetic customer-focused staff to greet patients and guide them through eye care services and product offerings. You will help coordinate between retail and clinical services, perform basic tests, and process orders with accuracy.

Applicants should have at least two years of customer service experience, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Strong active listening, rapport-building, and empathy with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and document patient history, perform basic tests, and process orders accurately.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and update status of all jobs.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and assist with simple repairs and lens edging to speed delivery.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure commitments are met and deliver exceptional service.
• Other duties as assigned.
