Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide outstanding customer service at the point of entry, facilitate sales and support seamless care between clinical and retail teams. You will greet patients, collect histories, perform basic tests and help ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service and an associate degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school required or currently enrolled.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups; active listening and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to create a memorable experience and assist with promotions.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information, perform pre-tests and clinical measurements.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with in-lab operations and repairs.
