Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers, delivering exceptional guest experiences and top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, makeup, and retail.

The EM oversees training, staff development, and adherence to company standards while maintaining staffing and payroll efficiency. A passion for beauty and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: top-line sales focus, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Cosmetology management: services, guest experience, and product attachment; regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to drive top-line sales growth.
• Ensure guest experience and satisfaction; oversee services and retail.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to boost sales.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and attendance.
