Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff. The EM drives guest satisfaction, retail and services revenue, and Net Promoter Score through people leadership, product knowledge, and process excellence.

The role requires driving results, a passion for beauty, and the ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining attendance and compliance with store procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty and payroll.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Lead staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity and payroll efficiency.
• Develop strategies to improve services, boutiques, and sales performance based on metrics and trends.
• Model a culture of teamwork and guest service excellence.
