Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. The role focuses on delivering top-line sales growth, exceptional guest experience, and adherence to operational standards across services, boutiques, and retail.

The EM will drive NPS, develop talent, and ensure compliance with store procedures and policies while maintaining strong guest relationships and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership in a beauty retail environment.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty mission and values to drive a high-performing team.
• Lead guest experience across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Develop and coach team through competency-based feedback and performance reviews.
• Ensure scheduling, payroll, and attendance adhere to company policies.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
