Job summary

The EM will oversee guest engagement, makeup/skincare demonstrations, and staff development in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Manage guest experience, services, boutiques, retail sales, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coach and develop managers and associates to meet goals.
