Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• Experience leading in retail with a focus on guest experience, services, and sales.
• Ability to manage payroll budgets and drive top-line sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and boutique leads.
• Drive guest experience, NPS, and satisfaction across services, boutiques and retail.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and payroll alignment with store goals.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty standards and policies.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
