Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive services and retail sales, and achieve top-line growth.

The EM focuses on NPS, guest satisfaction, and continuous development of the team, culture, and processes to ensure outstanding results across all store metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or similar.

Responsabilités

• Promote accountability to meet/exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales, forecasting, and payroll budgeting.
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity and meet payroll budgets.
• Address underperforming metrics with strategies using company programs and resources.
• Support reports in developing and maintaining clientele and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
