Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Cosmetology license required
• Cosmetology management license may be required by state law
• Experience in retail management or service leadership is valued
• Strong guest service orientation and team development are essential

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and sales growth
• Schedule to forecasted needs and payroll budgets
• Address underperforming metrics with targeted strategies
• Develop and maintain clientele for store leadership team
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales
• Stay informed about industry trends and products to serve guests better
• Maintain attendance in line with Ulta Beauty policy
