• Leadership management: attracting, developing, motivating top talent

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail and loyalty
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth
• Schedule optimization aligned to payroll budget and productivity
• Address underperforming metrics with strategies from company programs
• Lead makeup, skincare and product demonstrations to boost sales and guest experience
