Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive top-line sales in store and services. You will coach and develop talent, ensure compliance, and manage operations while upholding Ulta Beauty standards.

This full-time on-site role requires leadership and a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line growth and expense control.
• Use scheduling tools to optimize staffing and payroll within budget.
• Develop and coach direct reports to grow clientele and performance.
• Lead guests through makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to boost sales.
