Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a flagship store. You will drive services, boutiques, and retail sales while maintaining guest satisfaction and an emphasis on staff development.

The role focuses on accountability, strategic scheduling, and ongoing coaching to elevate store performance and customer loyalty in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs and resources.
• Support reports in developing and maintaining their clientele and driving sales.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and enforce UltaBeauty attendance policy.
