Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to drive enterprise listening data analysis across surveys, focus groups, and other feedback channels. You will identify themes, trends, risks, and drivers of the teammate experience across roles, functions, and regions.

You will synthesize complex data into clear, actionable intelligence, develop structured frameworks, and create executive-ready presentations and visuals for senior leaders, clinical teams, and frontline teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of analytics/employee experience, consulting, or program management.
• Experience with survey data, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis of enterprise listening data across surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels.
• Identifies themes, trends, risks, and drivers of teammate experience across roles and regions. Integrates quantitative and qualitative data into cohesive, enterprise-level insights.
• Synthesizes data into actionable insights and develops frameworks for interpreting results.
• Creates executive-ready presentations and visuals to translate data into narratives for leaders.
• Partners with Benefits, Nursing, Learning & Development, HR, and Operations to interpret findings.
• Maintains expertise in employee experience frameworks and benchmarks with internal data.
• Ensures consistent interpretation and communication of survey results across the organization.
• Continuously updates insight generation approaches with stakeholder feedback and best practices.
