eHealth is seeking a Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, translating complex data into actionable business intelligence and driving key decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science). Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, ideally within a direct-to-consumer environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with ability to manipulate large datasets, build automated workflows, and conduct statistical analyses.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design (e.g., A/B testing), and modeling techniques.
• Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel to communicate insights clearly and impactfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives that support enterprise priorities, including sales performance optimization and retention strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical goals and translate questions into structured analyses.
• Design and develop advanced analytical models using regression, clustering, time series forecasting.
• Create and manage KPI dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into campaigns and channels.
• Mentor junior analysts, ensuring analytical rigor and business relevance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data architecture and pipelines aligned with reporting needs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and product performance to uncover trends.
