eHealth is seeking a Sr. Analytics & Insights Analyst to translate complex data into strategic business intelligence, driving decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

You will mentor junior analysts, develop advanced models, and create KPI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into performance. The role requires a strong business acumen, a quantitative background, and 5+ years in analytics, with expertise in SQL and BI tools like Tableau and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a business analytics role, ideally in direct-to-consumer.
• Advanced SQL and data manipulation, automated workflows.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑level analytical initiatives to optimize sales, marketing, and operations.
• Define goals with stakeholders and translate questions into data-driven analyses.
• Design models using regression, clustering, time series, and other techniques to inform strategies.
• Create KPI dashboards and real-time reporting for campaigns, channels, and cohorts.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure analytical rigor and business relevance.
• Explain findings with storytelling and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau and Excel.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define data architecture and pipelines.
• Analyze customer behavior and product performance to uncover trends and improvements.
