Job summary

Inspire is hiring a Senior People Analyst — Stakeholder & Executive Insights to deliver high-judgment workforce analytics and insights to the executive and HR leadership teams. You will translate complex workforce questions into structured analyses and executive-ready narratives, partnering with HRBPs, Talent Management, Compensation, and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions.

You will build dashboards and visualizations, ensure analytical rigor across workforce planning and talent

Qualifications

4 Year Degree / Bachelor’s required.
5+ years of related experience in analytics or People Analytics.
Workday experience required; Power BI experience required.

Responsibilities

Deliver executive analytics and insights for senior leadership.
Frame ambiguous workforce questions into structured analyses and recommendations.
Create executive-ready narratives and dashboards connecting data to business outcomes.
Develop visuals and presentations for non-technical audiences.
Provide proactive insights to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, Compensation, and business leaders.
Ensure consistency in data definitions, methodology, and reporting standards.
Support workforce planning, org design, and talent reviews with rigor.
Iterate analyses rapidly based on leadership feedback to stay timely.
