Everyday Health Group seeks a Sr. Data & Insights Manager to lead high-impact analytics initiatives across the Everyday Health Consumer portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience in digital media, publishing or subscription-based digital business.
• Expertise in SQL, data visualization, and web/newsletter analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
• Experience with Snowflake and BigQuery data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytical partner to Marketing, Content, and Product teams, embedding data-driven insights into planning.
• Own Sigma BI Tool for company reporting and build executive dashboards tracking core KPIs.
• Define data structures and ensure consistent metrics across marketing.
• Partner with Data Engineering to define data requirements and ensure data integrity across multi-brand user bases.
• Create and own downstream models using DBT or similar.
• Evaluate AI-assisted analytics tools to automate routine queries and accelerate reporting.
• Conduct complex analyses to identify root causes, trends, and growth drivers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and predictive modeling with BI and leadership.
• Define and prioritize high-impact testing hypotheses and analyze experiments.
