eHealth, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Sr. Analytics & Insights Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will translate complex data into actionable business intelligence and mentor junior analysts.

Ideal candidates combine strong analytic skills with business sense, delivering insights to senior executives. This role emphasizes data storytelling, dashboards, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives that support enterprise-level strategic priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define goals and translate questions into analysis.
• Design and develop advanced analytical models (regression, clustering, forecasting).
• Create KPI dashboards and reporting tools for campaigns, channels, cohorts.
• Mentor junior analysts and review work for rigor and relevance.
• Transform large datasets into actionable insights with storytelling and visuals.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define data architecture and pipelines.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviors and product performance.
