Job summary

FIS is seeking an Insights & Listening Lead to transform employee feedback into actionable insights, lead enterprise listening programs, and partner with leaders to drive measurable change across the organization.

You will design pulse surveys, integrate diverse data sources, build dashboards, and present findings to executives to guide evidence-based decision-making and improve engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational psychology, business, analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in employee experience, people analytics, or related research.
• Experience designing survey programs and feedback measurement.
• Expertise with employee listening platforms: Peakon (Workday) and Glint.
• Strong analytics translating data into business recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise listening strategies and pulse survey programs across multiple employee touchpoints.
• Maintain measurement standards, segmentation logic, data quality processes, and governance practices to ensure trusted and consistent employee experience insights.
• Integrate pulse survey, behavioral, usage, workflow, mobility, and operational data into a unified employee experience measurement framework.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and insight packs that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify drivers of employee experience, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze employee journeys, rituals, and workplace experiences to uncover trends and guide evidence-based decision-making.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to communicate findings through compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations.
• Track adoption, effectiveness, and outcomes associated with employee experience initiatives, manager rituals, office experience programs, and digital employee experience interventions.
• Measure the impact of employee experience programs and provide ongoing recommendations to improve engagement, productivity, and organizational outcomes.
• Apply structured analytical thinking, sound judgment, and curiosity to move beyond reporting trends and drive insight-to-action consulting.
