Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Channel Account Executive to drive new partner acquisition and activation with Accounting & HR Advisory firms. You will source, land, and onboard net-new partners, then expand relationships to onboard their book of business.

You will work with a fast-paced team, deliver product demos, and position Rippling’s value to help partner firms scale their advisory practices. This role is based in the US, with remote options and NY office cadence.

Qualifications

• Currently a CAE with tenure >12 months by Jan 31, 2026.
• Proven ability to penetrate into an existing partner base.
• Consistent track record of meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a consultative sales process with new partner prospects.
• Build strategic account plans with Accounting & HR Advisory firms.
• Win new partners and partner client business with Rippling demos.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize win rates.
• Maintain CRM data daily to forecast and meet quota.
