Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for the US market. You will partner with leaders and the Talent team to manage the talent pipeline, engaging with external candidates and guiding recruiters, driving a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will influence sourcing, process improvement, and the adoption of new technologies across EY’s recruiting functions, delivering impact for leadership roles and across service lines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment process.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategy.
• Identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Develop and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Deep understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking software; Avature experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess business leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline through various channels.
• Ensure all appropriate sourcing strategies are utilized, including inclusiveness initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activity at all levels across platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes rolled out to recruiting.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights.
• Conduct training and performance feedback for teammates.
• Innovate and leverage AI in daily work to improve sourcing and impact.
