Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for the US market, partnering with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline and engage with leaders, colleagues, and candidates from diverse backgrounds.

You will drive candidate experience, align sourcing with EY’s brand, and leverage new technologies to improve efficiency and impact across sourcing and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Deep understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS software; Avature a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels and inclusive initiatives.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activities across platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes in recruitment.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights.
• Conduct training and performance feedback for teammates.
• Innovate and leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies and execution.
