Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, for the US market. You will own executive recruiting across service lines, partnering with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines and engage with leaders, colleagues, and candidates from diverse backgrounds.

You’ll drive candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers, and apply innovative sourcing strategies, including AI, to raise efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment process.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies for senior roles.
• Proven skill in identifying and solving complex recruitment issues.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients and teams.
• Experience providing training and feedback to team members.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess business leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline through various channels.
• Ensure sourcing strategies include inclusiveness initiatives and creative approaches.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activity across platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes rolled out to recruiting.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights.
• Conduct training and provide performance feedback for teammates.
• Innovate using AI to improve sourcing strategies and execution.
