Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to lead executive recruitment for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engage with business leaders, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across EY.

You will leverage diverse sourcing strategies, drive process improvements, and contribute to Talent team success while advancing EY’s reputation for quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8-10+ years of executive level recruitment experience, including executive search.
• Experience with creative sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (Avature a plus).
• Strong knowledge of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Ability to coach and mentor other recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and act as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including inclusive initiatives, to engage top talent.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activities across platforms.
• Act as change agent for new technology, tools and processes.
• Stay informed on talent and labor market insights.
• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates.
• Leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies and execution.
