EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engage with leaders and hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across diverse backgrounds.

You’ll lead sourcing, strategy development, training, and adoption of innovative tools while aligning with EY’s brand and client needs.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to develop and foster relationships.
• Ability to provide training and performance feedback to team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Deep understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking software; Avature is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and coordinate with client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership needs against the talent market to build a strong pipeline.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including inclusive initiatives.
• Incorporate EY brand across recruitment activities at all levels and platforms.
• Act as change agent for new recruiting tech and processes.
• Stay informed on talent and labor market insights.
• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates.
• Leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies and efficiency.
