Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for US markets. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter, manage pipelines, and advise leaders and hiring managers on external candidate engagement to ensure exceptional candidate experiences.

You’ll lead with innovative sourcing, brand integration, and new technology adoption, while collaborating with business leaders and Talent teams to drive impact across EY.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the executive level search and recruitment process.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Knowledge of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in ATS software; Avature experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years in experienced hire recruitment, including executive recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline through various channels.
• Utilize sourcing strategies including inclusiveness initiatives and other creative sourcing techniques.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into all recruitment activity at all levels across all platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes used in recruitment.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights and share with the team.
• Conduct training and performance feedback for teammates.
• Aim to leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies and efficiency.
