Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting responsibilities for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter, manage the talent pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You will lead sourcing, influence technology adoption, and drive innovative recruitment strategies across EY’s service lines and platforms.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
