Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting across EY's US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines, engage with business leaders and candidates, and drive exceptional candidate experiences.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, Talent teams, and hiring managers, overseeing external candidate engagement and leveraging AI to improve sourcing strategies and efficiency.
