EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines and engage with leaders, colleagues and candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Formación

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Develop and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires for client groups.
• Assess leadership resource needs against talent market to build pipelines.
• Utilize inclusive sourcing strategies and creative techniques.

• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates.
