What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary support for the President, managing schedules, travel, and daily logistics
Act as a gatekeeper for communications, handling calls and emails with professionalism
Oversee office operations including supplies, guest reception, and general upkeep
Coordinate meetings and events
Manage confidential documents and information with discretion
Support both business and personal initiatives, including errands, household coordination, and vendor management
Liaise with external partners such as attorneys, accountants, and investment professionals
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access and organization
Occasionally assist other senior staff or family members as needed
