Provide administrative support to two C-level executives
Manage incoming calls and emails with utmost professionalism
Heavy calendaring, conference room/call scheduling, and meeting management across multiple time zones
Arrange and manage travel, events, flights, and other logistics
Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
Coordinate board meetings
Salary: $110-115k annually, based on experience
