What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail handling, supply stocking, and vendor coordination
Maintain shared spaces to reflect a high standard of cleanliness
Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including access management and welcome kits
Liaise with building management and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service requests
Assist with internal events, office moves, and special projects as needed
