Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist in Houston to provide high-touch concierge-style services within a professional office setting. You will greet visitors, set up and support meetings, and coordinate catering and room arrangements to ensure exceptional presentation.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with room reservation systems or scheduling platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors and maintaining a professional environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms with furniture, AV equipment, and catering support.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage service for meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and events.
• Inspect conference rooms, office spaces, and kitchens for cleanliness and supplies.
• Support daily hospitality operations and after-hours events as needed.
• Use room reservation and scheduling tools to manage operations efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless meetings and events.
