Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with room reservation systems and scheduling platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms with furniture, AV equipment, and catering.
• Provide food and beverage support for meetings and events.
• Inspect and maintain conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness and stocking.
• Support daily hospitality operations and coordination with vendors.
• Use room reservation and scheduling tools to manage operations.
