Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high‑touch concierge‑style services within a professional office environment. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services by ensuring exceptional presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

This position is non‑exempt. The Hospitality Specialist collaborates with internal teams and reports to designated site leadership while maintaining a polished, service‑oriented workplace

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel or client service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with room reservation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated guest experience by greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms, including AV equipment and catering support.
• Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings and events.
• Inspect conference rooms and spaces to ensure cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Support daily operations and office services, including room bookings and events.
