Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead the design, deployment and performance of the global field organization, supporting current and future portfolios and launches.

You will own field strategy, sizing, targeting, analytics, incentive compensation governance, and launch readiness, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Legal to drive patient impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of field strategy, sizing, targeting, and incentive compensation.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance.
• Experience supporting product launches and field-model evolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year field strategy aligned to portfolio priorities and launch plans.
• Oversee field force sizing, structure, and territory design across multiple customer-facing roles.
• Lead field performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting to drive actions.
• Establish incentive compensation principles and governance for the field.
• Provide strategic oversight of field operations and launch readiness across portfolios.
