Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead the design, deployment, and performance of the global field organization. You will shape the field model for FILSPARI and pegtibatinase, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable patient impact.

You will oversee field strategy, sizing, targeting, performance analytics, and incentive plans, while guiding deployment and readiness for launches and future assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial ops experience.
• Experience leading field strategy, analytics, and incentive plans.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise field strategy, design, sizing, targeting, and deployment.
• Oversee field performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Guide incentive compensation governance and plan design.
• Provide strategic oversight of field operations and launch readiness.
• Develop leadership in field ops, analytics, and cross-functional partners.
