Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director to lead Field Operations Strategy & Excellence, driving the design, deployment, and performance of our commercial field organization in support of FILSPARI, pegtibatinase, and future assets. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Forecasting, and Finance to translate field investments into measurable business and patient impact.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations experience.
- Proven leadership of field force sizing, targeting, and incentive compensation strategy.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise field strategy aligned to portfolio priorities and launches.
- Oversee field force sizing, territory design, and performance analytics.
- Lead incentive compensation governance and annual incentive processes.
- Ensure ready-to-launch field operations and cross-functional readiness.
