Travere Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to lead enterprise field strategy, deployment, and analytics. You will shape the field model for current and future assets, oversee incentive design and governance, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive business impact.

You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure field readiness, scalable processes, and durable competitive advantage in a complex rare-disease

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, field strategy, analytics, or related.

Responsabilités

• Develop multi-year field strategy aligned to portfolio, brand priorities, and launch sequence.
• Oversee field force sizing, structure, coverage, and targeting across multiple customer-facing roles.
• Lead field performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting for executive reviews.
• Design incentive compensation governance and oversee annual incentive processes.
