Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations.
• Experience leading field force sizing, structure, alignment, targeting, call planning, performance measurement, or incentive compensation strategy.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and technology functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year field strategy aligned to the portfolio and launch sequence.
• Oversee field force sizing, role design, structure, coverage, and targeting across customer-facing teams.
• Build deployment scenarios for pegti­batinase and future assets, including capability requirements and timing.
• Lead field performance analytics, reporting, and incentive compensation governance.
