Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking an Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence to design, deploy and measure the performance of our commercial field organization, aligning with FILSPARI, pegtibatinase planning and future portfolio growth.

This role owns field strategy, sizing, targeting, analytics, incentive compensation, and launch deployment planning, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Omnichannel, Market Access, Patient Services, Forecasting, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial ops or similar.
• Experience leading field force sizing and incentive strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year field strategy aligned to portfolio and launches.
• Oversee field force sizing, structure, and targeting across teams.
• Lead field performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Provide governance of incentive compensation and budgets.
