Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Field Operations Strategy & Excellence in San Diego, with remote capabilities. You will lead enterprise field strategy, sizing, analytics, incentive governance, and launch readiness to support FILSPARI, pegtibatinase, and future assets.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance, shaping a high-impact field organization. Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in pharma/biotech commercial operations or related field.
• Experience leading field force sizing, targeting, and incentive compensation.
• Ability to translate analytics into executive-level decisions and actions.
• Proven track record partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year field strategy aligned to portfolio priorities and launch plans.
• Oversee field force sizing, structure, coverage, and territory design across multiple roles.
• Lead field analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Govern incentive compensation design and annual plan governance.
• Ensure operational readiness and launch readiness for new assets and indications.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team spanning field ops, analytics, and patient access.
