Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user/Desktop Support experience
• Strong MacOS support experience (MacBooks, iMacs)
• Experience with MDM to support mobile devices (iOS/Android) and managing deployments, configuration, compliance, and retirement

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1/2 support for Mac and Windows users
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and VIPs
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Support conference rooms, meetings, and AV equipment
• Manage mobile device support for iOS and Android users
• Track and resolve incidents, requests, and problem tickets
• Assist with Mac/PC deployments, upgrades, and disposals
