Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to deliver L2/L3 support across Windows and macOS, with emphasis on enterprise end-user services and AV systems. You will own executive-ready support, manage escalations, and handle device lifecycle activities using Intune or Jamf.

You will also manage Microsoft 365, asset inventory, and conference-room AV, collaborating with Desktop Engineering and Facilities to ensure readiness for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in enterprise IT support, with executive population support.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex) and AV hardware.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS, AD and cloud identity.
• Experience with Intune and/or Jamf for device management; Microsoft 365 admin.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 deskside support for Windows/macOS hardware, software, OS, and peripherals.
• Manage escalated incidents with adherence to SLA/SLO targets and document in knowledge base.
• Handle device lifecycle activities (imaging, deployment, refresh, decommission) using Intune and/or Jamf.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and executive/VIP user support.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and AV systems.
• Coordinate with facilities and engineering on AV deployments and room refreshes.
• Maintain asset inventory in ITSM and perform proactive health checks of executive offices.
