Qualifications

• Executive/VIP/White Glove support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows and Mac devices.
• Coordinate device migrations between Windows and macOS.
• Deploy software, patches, and OS image updates.
• Deliver on-site, remote, and conference room tech support.
• Manage hardware IMAC tasks and asset lifecycle activities.
