Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant for its Executive Workforce Services practice. This remote role is open to AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI, with a salary range of $116,600 to $174,800 annually.

Responsibilities include managing small engagements, mentoring juniors, delivering client-ready work products, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery. The firm emphasizes governance, compensation design, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements and manage project steps within budget
• Oversee productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and well-communicated
• Serve as client liaison and build relationships
• Guide junior associates in research, data collection and analytics
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity
• Lead client delivery team meetings
