Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant for a fully remote role across AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI. The position offers a salary range of $101,400 to $142,000 per year and requires 1–5 years of client consulting experience with a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; finance/economics/statistics is a plus.
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience: data analysis, modeling, presentations.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred; Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Serve as a market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and advise on levels and titles.
• Perform market pricing, peer analysis, surveys, data interpretation, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to set compensation levels and titles for exec positions.
• Identify data issues and guide clients to solutions; keep project manager informed.
• Assist with complex reports and proposal writing; mentor junior staff.
• Participate in client meetings and establish relationships as a primary contact.
• Shadow project managers and client relationship managers as requested.
